job interview tomorrow - help! UPDATED

I have my first honest-to-goodness job interview tomorrow... the last two jobs I had were pretty casual so I didn't really have a formal interview... I'm terrified! What do I do? What do I need to bring with me? Do I need to bring extra copies of my resume? Anything else? I guess a pen and paper, right?
It's a teaching job, as an English teacher at an all boys Orthodox Jewish private high school... not necessarily my first choice, but I need a job so I'll take it! I also need to put together a sample lesson for tomorrow to teach a 10th grade class, and here it is 9:30pm and I still have nothing... I'm not sure how to plan for an all boys class, and planning a one-shot lesson is hard enough without all of these new factors like having to really censor myself because of the religious background and having to find something that will appeal to all boys...

AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Any words of advice ladies?

UPDATE:
So, it went pretty well! I managed to pull together a pretty good lesson, and they seemed pretty impressed by it. They told me that I am definitely in the running but they have a few other people they need to see first before they make up their minds and they will get back to me in about a week and a half, which is really the best I could ask for (since I didn't expect them to just fall on their knees and offer me a job on the spot).
I have another interview on Friday, and this is the job I REALLY want, so I'm glad I did this one first so I could get a little interview experience and test out my lesson plan a bit. So, we shall see, and I'll update as things progress. Thank you so much for your help ladies, I was really freaking out!

Definitely bring copies of your resume, pen and paper...
Do you have one of those leather or other material type things that hold one pad of paper and a pen?
If so, I would bring that, bc it looks professional, you can take notes, and slip copies of resumes...

as for substantive help, I am not in education and that seems really challenging - sorry I can't give you advice there, but good luck!

Do you have a portfolio? If so, i would bring that as well, they may ask to see it. Other than that just extra resume, paper and pen should be good! Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Definitely bring a copy of your resume, pen and paper. They will ask you if you have any question probably, you should have some prepared. Good luck!!!!!

ah, a portfolio! Thank you, I totally forgot about that! I'll have to dig it out and make sure it's all in order...

def a portfolio! include references extra resumes...test scores etc! im sure you know the deal! also they prob wont ask you to see the port so incorporate it into the interview yourself.....theyll like that....good luck!
