Wedding site that allows horses/wedding planner

Hi,
My F and I want to do a medieval wedding ceremony, and are looking for a site that allows horses. I haven't had any luck with the catering halls that I've asked and was wondering if anyone knows of a place that allows horses or has suggestions for places I could try.

I'm also looking for recommendations on a wedding planner, ideally one who has experience planning non-traditional weddings, for help with finding the site and other details.
