Just got my catering contract- anything I need to know?

I just got the catering contract in the mail. I read the whole thing over and it seems ok. Does anyone know of anything to watch out for?

Make sure:

-Date and times are on there
-The min. # of people is correct
-The exact time from start to finish
-Price Per Person is agreed upon & Check the Tax and service charge
-If there is more then 1 room at the hall, make sure the room you want is written on there
-Any extras you negoticated
-Cancellation policy (I know you don't want to think about it, but it can happen)
-Payment plan (Deposit due, and future payments)
-If there is more then package option, the one you picked is written down

Also make sure any extras they threw in for you are on the contract...if they're not in writing the hall doesn't have to honor them! boo!

Oooh, also which services you are getting...which food, if you have a choice in food, how many choices you get

Also make note of payment due dates and how much they want at each due date.
Definitely make sure everything you discussed is on there...including the little extras they included in your package.
