* What exercise (if any) are you doing for your arms? (1&2 pics below). Here's a great website (where I got the diagrams from) to show you how to do the exercies .http://www.thetrainingstationinc.com/exercises.html* What are you doing for support? Hidden bra or something else? Please give the brand if you found something great. (3 pic)I actually wore both - had cups sewn in and wore a long-line bra. My seamstress suggested that I have the cups sewn in as well, it keeps the shape of the gown.
I got mine at the salon I went to (Bridal Reflections), but it was actually a bra that I've seen in Macys, Bloomingdales, etc.
This was mine, it was very comfortable.
Mine was the Felina - Style: 7643 Essential Seamless Hidden Wire Bustier. Price about $70
Provides a smooth seam free foam bodice for shape and support. Bodice hugs the hips gently but firmly so the garment will not roll. Seamless foamed lined cups with molded graduated pads along with hidden under wires with double cushion tips and double cushioned boninb placed only in the back and sides create amazing comfort and versatility. The strapless neckline and deep V back allow for multiple Bridal and formal dress attire.
* Which Clear Deodorant? Secret Platinum Clear deodorant
* Are you wearing a slip for the bottom half? Yes
The 4th pic was my gown.

Re: Strapless Dress Gals - A few questions
My FI and I go to Tiger Schulman at least 2 times a week. We work out at NYHR Club 2 to 4 times a week. We take tennis lessons on Sunday. We go skiing every 3 weeks. And we have go out for drinks and indulge in food on Friday each week. And with all that I've seen no change... maybe I should cut down on the closet snacks. Also, wearing Arm and Hammer Sports Clear deoderant ... it doesnt' stain and no white residue. Most likely I'll have cups sewn in. I find strapless bras irritate my skin, especially from the heavy latex that many of them have to keep the bra in place.
