Fat Flush Diet?

Anybody have a copy of the one day fat flush diet?

I just googled it, but all it showed was the place to buy the book.

My cousin lost 60 pounds on that diet. It works.

Ultimately though he ended up with gastric by-pass. He had a lot more weight to lose and he reached a plateau that he couldn't over come.

It's sounds a little bit like the South Beach Diet

He drank a lot of cranberry juice and added flax to his diet in a big way.

I don't know the nitty gritty of it, but somehow flax and cranberry juice were main components of it.

Don't you cut out sugar, wheat, corn, dairy, caffiene, nuts and soy as well as all processed foods and chemical additives?

My friend did the 3 day fat flush & she sent it to me, but I can't open the file at work & I've got no computer at home!!
