Invitation Question - Elite Weddings No. 3EW1730

I was looking at Elite Item No. 3EW1730 online, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the color options are on that invitation. My bridesmaids will be in navy, and we will probably have some light green accents.

For this particular invitation, I'm thinking a navy bottom layer, navy ribbon, cream/white top layer, and navy writing. For the reception card, I might be interested in the inverse - possibly a cream bottom layer, navy top later with cream/white writing. Is any of this possible?

Also, what is the pricing? Could the price come down if we did the assembly ourselves?
