FH is driving me CRAZY!!! Wedding is in 6 weeks and ....

he's adding more people to our already outrageous, rediculously huge guest list!!! We already invited 290 freakin people!!!! WHich is about 90 more thatn I wanted! and now he wants to add 3 more people. Now, he has the attitude, it's only 3 more people. I have the attitude..3 MORE PEOPLE! ARe you crazy! We have been arguing over this for days! I don't want to give in! If these 3 people were so important, he wouldn't have forgotten to send them invitations 5 weeks ago when the invites went out! Am I wrong here? We invited 290. 189 have said yes so far...13 have said no...and 88 still haven't responded. I need your opinions here. On one hand I feel like it's not worth the argument anymore, on the other hand, i do NOT want to add more people!!!!!!!!!! He's driving me bonkers!!!!

This wouldn't have even been a problem if his mother hadn't invited so many freakin people to begin with!!!!! i am fuming right now! this is supposed to be OUR wedding...NOT his mother's. SHe invited 80 people to our wedding! 80!!!!!!!!!! Just her!!!! His dad invited 20! So his parents invited 100 people to our wedding!!!! My parents...55! is there something wrong here? I think so....

In my opinion, it isn't worth fighting about. You are marrying the guy you love, that is the important thing. You will spend your life with this guy and it isn't worth the arguments just over 3 people for 1 day. I would say let him win because in the end you will probably have 3 or more people from the 'not responded' who won't make it.

If the wedding is in six weeks, when is your RSVP date??? IMHO, you should not send out invites to people less than 4 weeks before the RSVP date because it looks like they were either B-list, or completely forgotten about.
