I need major hugs...

First I had to run to the doctor today because I was dizzy, nauceous & lightheaded. Doctor wrote it off as a panic attack, told me to go home and relax.

So then I speak to my mother, and her dress is in. Then she goes on about how she's pissed and my brother is pissed because apparently my MOH has dropped the ball on handling my shower. She's been trying to get my aunt to help, but she lives upstate and doesn't drive, so there's only so much she can do. The way it sounds as of right now, NOTHING has been done.

THEN the icing on the cake...this morning I knew Dylan had sprayed or something because my room smelled of cat urine. I wrote it off, but when we came home, our landlord spoke to us and said the whole house smelled of cat urine and now we have to either get rid of BOTH cats or move out. We don't want to move, he gave us the option of taking the apt. over the garage, but it's half the size of what we have now. We have to decide by Friday what we're doing.

FH wants to take the apt. over the garage, because the landlord is willing to even buy us furniture to keep us here, because he likes us, but I said to FH, I don't care, let's just find another apt.

I can't take this. I've been crying for half the day already including the last half hour I was at work. Between my ruined dress, my mother having cancer, and all of this crap today, when will it ever freaking end?

I'm sooooo sorry you have to go through this right now... Is there any way your landlord will reconsider?? Maybe if you have the carpets steam cleaned to get the smell out??? Or do you just want to leave???

We don't even have carpets, we have hardwood floors!!!

Our landlord already warned us 2x about having the 2nd cat, so this was just the straw that broke the camel's back for him. We were already looking for a home for him as it was.

I want to leave, but FH doesn't. We will have to discuss this tomorrow. And to think the doctor said to go home and relax??? Haaaaaa. My only saving grace is my boss won't be in tomorrow.

I'm so sorry, Janna! If it were me, I would probably want to move too. That way you can keep both of your kitties.

everything is probably just building up and hitting you now. take some time and just think about things. your time is kinda limited but think about what is best. you will get all new furniture, so that is nice. i dont think you should give up the cat, but if moving is what you need then you should do it.

Please do not stress!!! I am assuming the cats are staying??? So maybe just take the apt. above the garage. Or...My apartment complex has vacancies and they allow two cats!!! Maybe try here??? We are literally down the block from you! I know it's stressful, but talk to andrew when you have stopped crying and try to come up with something.

Sorry to hear all your are going though. That is horrible and VERY stressful. Make sure you are taking time for yourself. I have been trying to do little things here and there to make me happy, It is hard but helps. Including massages from FH. Good Luck and I hope these help

Janna, I am so sorry you are going through this. Try to stay calm, I am sure it will all come together!!!

Why not just plan your own shower??? I have friends who have planned their own, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.....
