Is the MOB/MOG dress supposed to

coordinate w/ the BM dresses? For some reason, I think this might be my only problem w/ FMIL. She had colors picked out before she even knew what I was chosing for my girls! I don't think she even wants me to shop with her for it. Maybe I'm wrong or being dramatic, but I would think the MOG would want the brides input?

No. But you don't want them to be so off that it seems awkward. A lime green dress among eggplant colored BM dresses may be a bit much. I would speak to her and let her know that you would feel more comfy picking BM's dress first. Good luck.
