Just curious: anyone use Behind the Scenes for photos/video?

I looked at this studio last year, and I found their work beautiful, but their prices were absolutely insane - worse than JoVon, Kauffman and others that frequently get written about on this board. The price quote that I got in 2000 was over $7K - for a base package. Has anyone else heard of this studio, and has anyone used them? It sounds silly, but I am just curious, b/c they were really agressive on the 'sell' with us. I have never seen a post about them on this board, which is curious to me.
