Anyone have their wedding at the Watermill

Hey everyone...I'm new to the website, actually my best friend is on here all the time...Dbleplay17 and she registered me, so i'm just trying to figure out how to use it...so far so good. Well anyway I was wondering if anyone had their wedding at the Watermill and what they thought of it. We just booked yesterday and i'm so excited! Any details would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Anyone have their wedding at the Watermill

Yeah...as soon as we saw it we fell in love with it. We are having it on a Sunday June 24th 2007 from 11:15-5:30. We talked with Bruce and he was great. He really helped us out with the price. We are actually having the ceremony there, he included an extra pasta dish, extra carving, ice sculpture, chair coverings, and even added on an extra 45 minutes to the whole affair. He's setting up a coffee, tea, cappucino, danish station for all my guests to have before the ceremony. I love everything about it. Happy planning.

the martini bar is part of the gourmet package - which is what i have - if you dont have the gourmet - then you can add the martini bar - i dont know how much extra it will cost

Re: Anyone have their wedding at the Watermill

awesome...I didn't even realize it was included. I think you had asked on a different post how much the Watermill quoted us. I replied but in case you didn't see...

It's a Sunday afternoon

11:15 -12 Coffee, tea, danish
12-12:30 Ceremony
12:30-1:30 Cocktail Hour
1:30-5:30 Reception

We were quoted for$70 a person plus service charge and tax....it all came to $88.34 a person

We talked with Bruce...he was great!

Good Luck!
