NWR- HELP! How do you know if Broadway is cancelled?!?

I have tix for Rent today at 2 - HOW THE HECK CAN I FIND OUT IF IT'S CANCELLED?!?

If it's NOT cancelled, we have to catch a 10:40 train.

Ticketmaster (where the tix were purchased) has no information.

The theatre box office isn't answering the phones!

What do I do?!?!? Any suggestions? TIA

Can you call the theater directly??? I am pretty sure it is not cancelled...a friend was in a similar situation a few blizzards ago....and it was open..nyc mayor is doing a press conf. now on channel 7....see if they say something...

As of 10:30 this morning, the news said that its still open. nobody cancelled yet.

I have tickets for Hairspray tonight and we aren't going.. Broadway IS OPEN.. The mayor said so and when I called my theater to find out, she said 'The show must go on'!! I would call the theater and see if you can reschedule for a night during the week, that's what they did for us.. Hope this helps!!

They just announced on the newsa that Broadway will be open tonight.

Call the theater to verify.. I don't foresee it being closed.. I would double check though.. Happy Birthday anyway!!!

Fh and I got screwed lst January during a really bad snow storm. The shows go on but they will let you exchange the tickets for another day.

this happend to us last year when we had theater tickets during last year's blizzard.

we called up the box office and ticket master and explained the situationt and hey told us that we can see the show another time when they have extra seats.. so i suggest you call the box office and ticket master asap.

same problem here - we got tickets to see Hairspray today but there is no way when can get into the city with this weather! Even the subways are delayed.. We called ticketmaster and were told by one person the show was still on and by another that it was cancelled...whatever. we decided not to go
