It just happened, and VERY quickly!
My first signs were my breasts getting bigger and tender, and I was hungrier than usual.

I was off the pill for over a year and we were being somewhat careful but then we were like 'well, let's give this a try'. Poof! First time! I 'knew' at like week # 2. I felt different. I could tell something was going on with my body. We were up at my husband's best friends cabin and everyone was drinking,etc. I had one sip of a wine cooler and was like 'Hmnn, this doesn't taste right'. I knew it had happened. Of course the non stop puking that started occurring about three weeks later was a dead giveaway

i want a baby. we just got married. i dont know i want to start trying. DH does and then gets nervous who knows. i think we'll just be less 'careful'.

a co-worker told me the same thing....her breasts were very tender and sore and would hurt while taking showers

when did they start to hurt and mine a lot of the time KILL right befor i get my period. how did you know the difference?

With baby number one we were not trying but were not NOT trying.. if you know what I mean.. we got preggo pretty quickly.. With baby #2 we were trying and also had a good luck streak!
