OOT guests/hotel info

How did you/will you send the hotel info for OOT guests? With a STD or with the invite?

Your hotel should give you inserts with all the info for you to put in the invites.

We sent the info in the STD. We already have people making the reservations and the STDs just went out last week!

I'm sending it with the STD and with the invite (the person who I dealing with for the rooms has inserts that go out earlier and the person who I'm dealing with for the reception has inserts as well to put in). We've blocked so many rooms it seems but, I'm not sure if they are enough so I want people to start reserving early.

We did both. We sent STD cards with our holiday cards in case people wanted to plan early. Then, with the invitations, the hotel gave us cards to place with it with the directions and rate and the code.
