Veil question
If you wear a veil at the ceremony do you keep it on for the reception or do you take it off? If you take it off when do you do so?

I believe you wear it during the ceremony and then take it off right before the reception begins, I will leave it on until then so I can take pictures with it on

I took off my veil for the reception. I could not wait to take it off.

I think it all depends on what you want to do - I think im gonna leave mine on until the reception starts as well - when its PARTY time!!!

You can do whatever you want - it's your wedding. I'm going to try and leave it on for the reception - I figure I'm only going to wear a veil once and I want the full veil effect all day. If I find it's annoying or irritating then I'll just take it off.

i'm leaving my veil on all day...its the only day i get to wear a veil i'm gonna milk that bad boy for all its worth!!!

I think I will leave it on too. Unless it is annoying, I think it is such a shame wear it for only a few hours. Seems like such a waste.

Me Too!!!! I have been to 3 weddings within 6 months and all 3 brides left theirs on.

You take it off before the reception you can wear a tiara, thats is what im doing.
