Rachel Ray's
I just wanted to say that the rachel ray: 365 no repeats cookbook is great! as a newlywed with very little cooking experience i have prepared a few meals from her book already and they are so easy to make and very tasty!

Re: Rachel Ray's
i don't have that one, but i have the first two ' 30 minute meal' cookbooks... and they're GREAT! i feel the same way... it really gave me confidence in cooking since i had really had no experience before- but i do find that a lot of the recipes you have to make a couple times before you can get them done in 30 minutes
but, we've gotta pretty good at firey chicken cacciatore recipe and pasta abbruze

At first, I scoffed at her, but now I'm a total Rachael Ray convert!Watching her gave me the encouragement I needed to use my chef's knife.
