How devoted am I to losing weight for the wedding?
I just took out a tape measure and measured a banana. A BANANA! It was 6 inches long, and 1 ww point.

you have to do stuff like that in the beginning. After a while you will be able to eye portions.

Yesterday I was starting to eat better (or so I said), but I had a Hostess cupcake and a Medium Sundae from Carvel. It was buy one get one free - who can resist that?

Well, if the banana is 6 inches and under it is 1 point, and the book says a banana 7-9 inches is 2 points. So it really depends on the size of your banana. How silly does that sound!?

whaa? I am on ww...do we have to measure our fruit? I just go online, look up banana and it pops out a points value...
