Re: Registry

I registered at two but am considering one more.

I would like to get some feedback on this issue as well.

How many is too many?

Re: Registry

I registered at Fortunoff, Crate and Barrel, Bed Bath, and with Pampered Chef. I dont think it was too many- I think it gave my guests alot of variety- different price points, etc.

Re: Registry

I'm thinking 3-
william sanoma for cooking
fortunoffs for china
bbb for everything else

oh and i did restoration hardware for just towels- they have the best ones, but i think my BP will get me that and so i won't tell guests.

question- my mother says i should register at fortunoffs for my china but i know BBB has china also- is it necessary to do fortunoffs, i think they have the same prices?

Re: Registry

Does anyone feel an obligation to register at Fortunoff? It just seems like I have to, and I am not sure why... am I just odd??

Re: Registry

I don't understand why there can be too many. We are registered at Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm thinking of also doing Crate and Barrel.

Re: Registry

I just registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond. We ended up getting very little off of it. Most of the gifts we got at the shower were Home Depot gift cards. That worked out well because we have a bunch of renovations to do on our house.

Re: Registry

I have an add on question - How did you organize your registry strategy? Did you go to a bunch of stores a few times before adding items to your registry or did you just go once and zap away?

Re: Registry

I registered at Macy's and Fortunoff's and will probably do BBB!! Def check out Macy's because they give you a percentage back!! The more the merrier-it gives people a chance to shop wherever it is convient for them!!
