I am getting married two weeks before you and this is what we have done so far:

hall
church
photog/video
florist
DJ
my dress
valet
finalized guest list
picked STDs - hope to send them out in the next month

we are working on limos, honeymoon and hotel for OOT guests....these should be done within the next month....

I am about 95% sure on BMs dresses...will likely order in April...

I have looked at invites and found a few that I like...

That's pretty much it....I feel like I still have a lot to do but everyone I talk to says we are ahead of the game...HTH!!!

-order favors (chocolate favors so can't order until sept... don't want them to melt)
-order tuxedos
-order wedding bands
-??? and i'm sure i'm forgetting something (probably tons)

well the #1 thing i want get on if i were you is your wedding dress. Sometimes it takes months to get your dress once you order it and god forbid their is a mess up or anything... you need to leave enough time for it to be corrected.

I found my date twin!

I got hall, band, cocktail music, florist, guest list, gown, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes

I ordered my dress in September, it won't be in until MAY. It's still plenty of time for me but eight months from now will be August and that is going to be cutting it close!

I don't want to freak you out (or any of the other October brides either), but the only things I need to do are:

block rooms for OOT guests
rent chairs for ceremony
order BM dresses (girls have until Feb 1 to get measured)
DIY projects
get FG gift
get veil & shoes
write out do not & must play lists for DJ
menu choices for reception
order invites (second sample came in mail today)
mail invites
select cake
organize and book site for rehersal dinner
write out list of must take photos
get marriage license (which obviously has to wait).

FH must get his passport, and get all his gifts for the guys.

Hello date twinzzzz!! Someone had mentioned ordering your wedding dress, and I would have to agree, some dresses take up to 10-12 months to come in, so that would be one of the first things on my list. So far I have booked:

- Church/ Reception Site
- Photography/ Video
- Florist (but have not decided on what type of flowers)
- Wedding gown
- Picked out bridesmaids dresses (have not ordered yet)
- DJ
- Wedding bands
- bridesmaids/MOH gifts
- Limos

Need to:
- Choose and order invites/ possibly order save the dates
- Find a veil, tiara, shoes, undergarments that I like
- get Fiancee wedding gift
- ushers gifts
- choose a date for pre-cana
- register for gifts
- order MOB dress
- choose tuxes for ushers
- find a place to live hehe
- need to get info on ceremony musicians
- check out hotels for OOTG's
- order favors
- Book honeymoon
- Book hair/makeup
- ummm that is all I could remember for now, I am sure I am missing alot of stuff...
