NWR: Is it possible for vitamins to make me feel bad??
I just started taking these new organic vitamins. My Dad seems to think they will give me more energy. Anyway...I started them about a week ago and ever since then I can't sleep, I feel lethargic, and I feel depressed. I snap at anyone and everyone....and the only thing that has changed in my lifestyle is these vitamins. Could they be adversely effecting me?

YES!!! Not all vitamins are good for you. I'd stop taking them and see how you feel. If it continues, go see your doctor, immediately. If you feel better, then you know it was them, but don't take a chance, stop taking them ASAP!!! Hope you feel better.

A lot of vitamins make my stomach hurt and nauseus (sp?) but not the other symptons you described. I would go off them though and see if it makes a difference. HTH!

Possibly.. i started taking vitamins once and I started feeling worse! Perhaps there is a period at the begining where you have to get used to them??? I stopped taking them after a month, I forgot what ones I took, but I felt sleepy and worn out!

Yes, vitamins will affect you in different ways. Some vitamins contributes to depression. You need to check it out with a doctor.

Could be.. I don't take vitamins because they upset my stomach (what doesn't?)
But I never found that I needed them. Go off of them for a week and see if there is a difference.
Could it be the wedding stress making you anxious?

Yes, it could be the vitamins! I started taking vitamins once and every day I was getting nauseous and vomiting! I stopped taking them and I stopped getting sick! Not the same symptoms as you, but vitamins can definitely have adverse affects!
