Any suggestions , which Macy's store should I start my registry? Some of the stores I've been to are very disorganized. I'm looking in the Queens/Nassau Area, Thanks!

I went to the one in Manhasset and it seemed okay.

roosevelt field is the only one i go to. i registered there and the people were very helpful. check them out...

Definitely check out whichever store the majority of your guests would shop at. Many people don't like to buy something that is not in stock and different stores have different stock. You can still register at a different one as long as you remember what the store has.
