Lets start off with the menu!

Pinwheels of Fresh Mozzarella,
Prosciutto and Basil layered with Tomato and Grilled Eggplant drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Penne A La Vodka

Mixed Garden Salad
or
Traditional Caesar Salad

Sliced Chateaubriand
Sliced Filet Mignon served with a
Classic Mushroom and Wine Sauce
or
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless Breast of Chicken stuffed with
Virginia Ham and Swiss Cheese baked
in a Champagne Mushroom Sauce
or
Chilean Sea Bass Oreganata
Chilean Sea Bass broiled in White Wine,

oh mannnn Ron - I'm having my wisdom teeth removed (all 4 are impacted!) on the 12th - do you think I'll be OK for the 14th?!?!

I didn't buy tix yet, 'cause I don't know if I'll be OK!
