Invite inner envelope question

on the inner envelope are you using 1st and last names or are you using Mr. & Mrs. ??
and are you using and & sing or the word and?

Technically, it should be surnames only...and the word 'and' is always spelled out...

So all the above are technically 'wrong' it should be..

Mr. and Mrs. Smith

I was talking w/ my sister the other night about this. The formal way is w/ Mr. and Mrs. but we're going to do first names. I just like it better and feel more comfortable.
