BM Dresses problem!!!

So I could just be over reacting but my wedding is in Oct 06 and I have no motivation to get BM/JBM/FG dresses!!!! Is there a place where I could go for all of them?? AM I doing this all too late?? Cant I just make them choose it themselves???

Our dresses are coming in 8 weeks from the order date.

You have tons of time.

I went to Bridal Suite of Centereach and they had gowns, BM, Jr. BM, and FG dresses. Most bridal salons will have it all.

You can just go with one BM and choose the dress and have the others go by themselves to order it and make sure they like it. Thats what I did. It was easier than getting 4 chicks together and them all agreeing.

Dont stress, you dont really have to order them until spring/early summer.

Girl, you can get them at RK bridal where you got your dress.. I think they give you a discount on the BM/JBM/FG dresses if you tell them your ordered your gown there.

My wedding is a week before yours. My BM dresses are NOT ordered. None of the girls have gotten measured, two are OOT and the color is such that I really want to make sure they come from the same dye lot. Adding to my stress is the fact that the current issue of Modern Bride (or Bride, whichever) is the first bridal magazine I have gotten since he first proposed that doesn't have the dresses I picked in it. This is scaring the heck out of me, and making me wonder if they are discontinued, and if I have to go back to the drawing board.

OK, I am getting married 4/15 and 2 of my BM have not ordered their dresses yet. we are doing it this week.

We ordered our dresses a couple of weeks ago and our wedding is in May. You have plenty of time... don't stress!

My BMs haven't ordered their dresses either and I am 5 days after you. That's b/c I just started to look yesterday with my sister. I have off this week so I am trying to get motivated to get some things done. I think I've chosen the BMs dress and the color, I THINK???!!!

Don't fret - you have plenty of time!!! My wedding's is less than 6 months and I just ordered them about 2 weeks ago. Netbride guaranteed that I'd have them in March, and that's without rushing the order.

I agree- I think you need about 4 months order time...mine are running late tho!

You can usually order all BM/FG etc dresses at the same place- I got my girls discounts b/c they ordered their dresses where I got mine. It's easier to go with one or 2 other ppl and choose a style and color- them tell the girls to get measured. Ask them to hold off the order until all are ready so they are in the same dye lot. I had my 2 OOT BM call in their measurements and order their dresses from the same store same time. I would have covered their costs and had them pay me back if it was needed but it wasn't. They are coming in to NY to get them on the 3rd ( I hope they are in! ). Otherwise I was going to take the trek out to PA and NJ and drop them off!

I got them all at Carmella's bridal garden in huntington...I am changing the look of the dress for the MOH..bnt everyone got their dress there!

I was told to make sure the BM gowns were ordered 6 months before the wedding date, no worries, you have time. Most salons will have all of the BM/JBM/FG gowns together.
