I joined a couple of months ago and lost 5 lbs in my first week. Unfortunately, with all the christmas parties at work and how busy I have been I have not been doing it at all the last few weeks. I am going to start again Monday.

One thing I realized is you don't have to buy all their food. If you look at the nutrition facts, rather than buying their cereal for $4, you can buy a box of cereal yourself. My place let's me buy what I want so I usually buy some lunches and mostly dinners.

I would like to lose 25 lbs. by June. I am hoping I can do it. I also just joined FH's gym so I just need to get my butt in gear.

I was on it 5 years ago..... i lost a lot of wait...but like many other programs, i gained a lot back. I think it is a great program, I gained weight back because of my self control. I tried to go back last year, but couldn't afford it. I was on it for over a year, so if you have any questions, feel free to fm me.

can you guys explain the program to me? including cost and anything else involved?
