unity candle

I have so many questions today!

Am I supposed to buy my own unity candle or is that usually a gift given to the bride from someone?

Usually you buy it for yourself but my mom bought it for us as a gift. So either way I guess.

It can be given as a gift or you can buy yourself. I picked the one I wanted and my Dad bought it for us for Christmas.
