Signing the Contract for the Hall - Suggestions?

Going this Saturday to the hall to sign my contract. Bringing my parents along, since they want to see the place, etc.

Any suggestions, for things that I should be looking out for or should make sure are in the contract?

Make sure you out everything in your contract-as in everything that you verbally agree on-

also make sure that if they quote prices on additional things ( extra food at CH, etc) those prices are in the contract as well.
