I am doing a cake that looks like a glass of Guiness. As you can imagine, FH is a big fan.

Re: Groom's Cake

I was thinking about doing this. I wanted to get FH a laptop cake but since we have charged the wedding to a much smaller afair with a much smaller wedding party, i am thinking now that it would be a waste.

a grooms cake is a fun spin as a second cake at the wedding, usually it takes after something the groom loves like a sports logo or beer or whatever he likes, some people make it in the chocolate flavor so people get a vanilla and/or chocolate cake at the wedding, its really just a fun contribution to the groom (if youve ever seen the movie steel magnolias the armadillo cake is a grooms cake)

im thinking my FH's grooms cake will be a roulette wheel

Russo's bakery has to do mine because they don't allow any outside vendors for food.

I've seen Audreys on one of the boards do some real unique grooms cake!

Very talented!
