I started South Beach again today!

Wish me luck! I lost 30 lbs before, and have kept off 26 of them for 2 years. I need a jump start to my weight loss again, to lose a little more before my dress comes in!

Good luck! I think I may join you tomorrow. Oh, but those first 4-5 days are so hard - I always feel starved, so I'm having trouble motivating myself to get started.

Btw, how'd you keep it off for so long? I kept off most for awhile, 5 months maybe, but then gained almost all of it back.

Weight watchers points system. I didn't lose any weight while on that, but I did maintain my weight loss from South Beach. Plus, I've been taking aerobics classes at my gym.

Just a word of warning...watch out when Christmas shopping! FH and I had so many samples today at the mall. Godiva was even giving chocolate samples
