NAME CHANGE QUESTION
To change my name w/ social security, do I need a copy of my marriage LICENSE, or do I show them a copy of the marriage certificate that I got from the Church (it has a handwritten license number on it)THANKS!

Thanks - I changed my question after you answered - because I've gotten this hand-written certificate from the Church... Is that what I need? I was expecting a copy of the license but maybe I was wrong about this.
