MY RECIPE!!!!
Sure, Let me tell you , it is a hit!!!!!!!! And is SUPER easy and quick!
What you will need:
Frozen pie crusts (in the freezer section, they come in three's)
1--Box of Frozen chopped broccoli THAWED
1--1/2 lb of finely sliced Ham (or honey Ham)--CHOPPED
3--eggs
1--1/2 Cup of chopped mozzarella (you can buy it that way)
1--cup of Cheddar, Moneray Jack, a mixture of tasty cheeses (this is your call) Again you can get this already schreded in your grocers freezer
Okay in a LARGE bowl beat your three eggs, add a little milk, salt, pepper
Now slowly add your Broc, ham and cheese, getting everything all wet with the egg mixture (if TOO dry beat another egg and throw it in)
now transport your mixture into your crust. It can reach the top but make sure it doesn't overflow and make sure you have all the liquid in it (any extra can make another crust, you did buy three)
But in the over at 350 for about 45-1 hour
toothpick the middle to make sure it is dry. The top should be a beautiful golden brown
ENJOY

Re: NWR..Anyone have any good Thanksgiving Recipes??
Bourbon smashed sweet pototos (I saw this on 30 minute meals)3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped pecans, a couple of handfuls
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 ounces bourbon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and cook 12 to 15 minutes until very tender. Drain sweet potatoes in a colander. Return pan to medium heat. Add butter to the pan. When butter melts, add nuts and toast for 2 minutes. Add sugar and let it bubble. Add bourbon and cook out alcohol, 1 minute. Add orange juice and the cooked sweet potatoes. Smash with a masher and season the sweet potatoes with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Re: NWR..Anyone have any good Thanksgiving Recipes??
I'm definitely not a stuffing person but this receipe was given to me by a good friend and I have to say it was AWESOME, EVERYONE loved it!! I'm glad I had made some extra outside the turkey.ENJOY!!!
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of sweet italian sausage
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups of onions (diced)
1 cup of garlic (diced)
2 cups of water (you can use chicken stock instead)
2 tablespoons of sofrito
1 bag of croutons/stuffing (pepperidge farm)
Adobo
Sazon
Season ground beef and sausage with adobo and sofrito and brown. Saute garlic and onions in butter. Add that mix to cooked ground beef. Then add croutons, adobo, sazon, water and mix. The mixture should be moist, but not soggy. If it seems too dry, you may add a little more water. Place stuffing in turkey right before you put turkey in the oven. If you cook stuffing outside of the turkey, you may bake the stuffing for one hour uncovered and baste it occasionally with the pan drippings of the turkey. The above recipe serves about 12.

this is good with Goat Cheese too for those who don't like gorgonzola... i don't do candied walnuts (too lazy), that sounds good...

my favorite thanksgiving recipes are usually either a chocolate peacan pie or this cranberry jello mold with pineapple and strawberries and walnuts all mixed in... if you want either of these recipes just let me know!
