Re: spinoff: Thanksgiving Feast

Posted by stephanielyse

If you're hosting Thanksgiving this year, what are you serving?

We're having:
- Tofurkey
- Turkey (for the adamantly non-vegetarian in the group)
- Mashed potatoes
- An undetermined sweet potato dish
- Cranberry sauce (straight from the can, of course)
- Some onion thing my friend's dad taught her to make
- Apple Pie
and probably a few other things...

I'm not hosting, but had to say I LOVE Tofurkey (and Tofurkey gravy!). We always have:

Turkey (free range the last few years)
Tofurkey
Mashed Potatoes
Salad
Asparagus
Squash (my fav)
Sweet potatoes
Cranberry sauce (from the can also!)
Stuffing (vegetarian and meat)
Rolls
Corn
Pumpkin and Applie Pies (with whipped cream!)
mmmm.......can't wait!
