Duet brides/proofs for epics (Updated)

Duet brides/proofs for epics (Updated)

How long did it take for them to come in?

Tomorrow marks exactly 3 weeks and I could've sworn they said 2 weeks when we were done with the shoot. I can't stop wondering if there's something wrong with the photos and that's why they haven't called me yet?

Would I be too much of an annoyance if I called and asked them what was taking so long or should I wait a little longer?

CALL them!!!

They are wonderful but I heard thatthey arent the best with letting you know when they are ready.

I had my epics done this afternoon by Duet. We were told anywhere from two to six weeks. I'd call them and just ask when you can expect them.

we got ours in two and a half weeks.


I was basing my timeline of when to receive the epics from you! When you announced you got yours on Wednesday, I sat there on Friday waiting for my phone to ring and was checking my email every 5 seconds hoping for something from them!

ours were availabe 1 day before the 3 week mark. maybe it depends how many weddings they have going on? give them a call.

yea...we were told 3/4 wks. I got ancy after two and well I called..........they had them.

I am sure you will get them any day. Mine took 2-3 weeks.

Maybe they are just busy with weddings.......

UPDATE: So I spoke with Sue and she said they aren't in yet, but she didn't know when they would be in. She only said it would 'be soon, maybe within the next week.'

The waiting is killing me!

NEW UPDATE: Duet called and the photos are in!!! FI is driving over there after work to pick them up so I'll have them TONIGHT!
