If you are staying at a hotel on your wedding night...
-Is it close to your hall, or the airport (if you're leaving the next morning for HM)?- What are they charging you (if you don't mind)
-How early into the planning did you book it?
-Did you book online, thru TA, or thru the hotel?
Thanks girls!

Re: If you are staying at a hotel on your wedding night...
our hotel has shuttle service to and from Villa. We are paying $109 for a normal room. Its $250 for the suites. My Fi is staying there the night before our wedding, then we are staying together the night before and the next night since we don't leave for our honeymoon until May 19, 2006. Our wedding is March 4, 2006. Thats what happens when you want to do an alaskian cruise.

Close to the hall (well about 20 min) but all our guests are staying there.
We have a 2 room suite which is normally $239, but if we get all of the rooms we blocked off booked (30 rooms) it's free and they throw in champange, breakfast in bed, and late checkout the next AM.
We booked about 9 months in advance.
We directly to the hotel, booked through their sales/catering office.

Re: If you are staying at a hotel on your wedding night...
We're staying at one of the suites at the Hilton Gardens by MacArthur airport. It's where our guests are staying. I think the suite is 229 a night, but I'm pretty sure if we get 10 rooms booked they will give us a discount. We would get a free regular room, so I imagine we could just pay the difference.

Our hotel is close to the hall (about 10 min away). All of our OOT guests are staying at the same hotel.
I'm staying there Saturday night with my MOH in the bridal suite, and then Sunday night FH and I will be in the room. We don't leave for the HM until Tuesday.
I booked the hotel in August (8 months in advance) directly through the hotel.
I'm probably paying too much ($325 per night for the bridal suite)
