Will I be able to get dirt out of a dress that was worn a year ago?

I have the opportunity to buy a beautiful Marisa dress for a great price, but there's some dirt underneath from when the bride was walking around without shoes. Will I be able to get the dirt out if I have it professionally cleaned? Her wedding was a year ago.
