Monogram Cake topper Poll

OK Matt and I have same first initial and our last name will begin w/ W.

So.... on my cake should I get both first initials and the last initial OR just the W?
Im afraid bc there are 2 Ms and a W (which looks like an M ) itll look funny?

We're trying to decide the same thing! We already made the 'C' for our last name but we still can't decide if we should put our first initials on there too.

I think we're leaning towards the 'C' alone and maybe put flowers or something around it on top. Sorry i'm really no help...

I say just go with the 'W' It will look really elegant on top of the cake and not too cluttered, You can decorate around it with flowers just like CaMacho said.

I will have the same first and last inital once I am married. So we're doing just our new last inital.

Well, I personally like the whole 'monogram' look...but if you're going to go with one letter, I would suggest going with a really fancy font.

I like the 3-letter monogram, it looks more complete. With just 1-letter it looks kinda empty. I think the MWM would actually look pretty cool!!

I say go with the W alone. Since all three letters are wide (MWM) it might look too overpowering. Pick a really fancy font though.
