Wow, nicely done! My sweet future hubby surprised me with book called 'The Best Weddings of All Time' and it has a bride in there who looks ultra vintage just like you. I think the gown is wonderful and the veil frames your face well. Will you be wearing your hair up, down, half, or don't know yet?

I love them too and didn't know if itd be too much with my dress but once I put it on, i fell in love.

I bought it at Lillette's where i got my dress. Wasn't planning on getting it there - was going to go to Barron's - but the lace trim matched my dress perfectly. It was a bit

though. Thank God my mom is so nice and generous

Thank you, that's sweet. Yeah, I like the 'vintage' look too

I think i'll wear it all up - its very long and if I wear it down, it'll cover up the dress alot I think. Id love to wear it down and curly but I don't know if thats the best style for the dress. We'll see....

not nosy at all. actually, i'm not sure only b/c my mom and aunt went upstairs to look at the veils while I was downstairs with the dress on. Sorry I can't help much ... but that is a LOVELY veil - oh my gosh, I love it. You should print out the pic and bring it to Barron's in tri county...

I agree with 'overpowering' your dress if your hair is worn down and curly... I've usually seen extremely sleek hairstyles with cathedral length lacy veils. I would bring the great pic of you at your fitting to your hair trial, and I'm sure they could find a 'happy medium' for ya. Either way you'll look great!
