Bridal Reflections in Massapequa
Has anyone been there for themselves or their bridesmaids? Just wondering if it was worth the trip to have my girls look there. Anyone know how there prices are?The service? TIA

Re: Bridal Reflections in Massapequa
They have a great selection of dresses there. But personally, I found them to be snooty and their prices were quite high. Everytime I went I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I ended up getting my dress somewhere else for less.I know that there have been good experiences for others on here.

Re: Bridal Reflections in Massapequa
IMHO that particular salon is hit or miss. There are quite a number of LIW brides that are very happy with Bridal Reflections, but there are an equal number that are unhappy. As opposed to other bridal salons where the majority of girls are happy and there are a small number that are unhappy. Although I do believe that the majority of negatives is about the Carle Place location, not Massapequa.

I had a great experience there. I ordered my dress there and have gone back for bridesmaids dresses.

I ordered my BM dresses there, and had a great experience. We went on a weekday night so it was quiet and we had two young sales women helping us.

When a friend got married we got our BM dresses there. The alterations were wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the way up to the manager.

I didn't order from them but had great experiences looking there. I made it quite clear that I wasn't ordering but the sales girl was quite helpful. And we just walked in off the street with no appointment.

Re: Bridal Reflections in Massapequa
I went to the one in Massapequa and in addition to what I posted above, the girl that hepled me almost made me cry. I was trying on dresses and most of them did not zip all the way up. I am a size 8, which of course as a woman would like to be smaller, but in reality that is not THAT big. Well, when I asked if there were any dresses in the store that would fit me so that I could get the real picture of what the dress would really look like, this was her response...'Well, we do have dresses for people on the larger size, I mean in YOUR size....' after that I heard nothing. It was aweful. She made me feel like I was a plus sized bride trying to wear petites. I'll never forget that.
