hotel for night of wedding

I don't really have oot guests coming. Only like 2 people so im sure they will deal with their flight stuff. so I don't have to book hotel rooms for anyone.
But i was just wondering when you should book your hotel for the night of the wedding?

I would book it now. With so many summer weddings, th ehotels out east get booked quick.
