I too fit into my dress but I would like to lose about 20 lbs before the wedding.

i wouldn't mind shedding a few pounds here and there, but i know i'll fit into my dress fine (unless i blow up a few inches between now and the wedding)... it's not like i indulge in binges or anything so i don't plan on doing anything different

i have enough stuff to worry about than dropping down a dress size...

I lost about 20lbs since Jan- for me and for the wedding

I wasn't happy with the way I looked

Now I am trying to tone up- I have a trainer- and I am working really hard

Jake said he was happy with the way I looked before- but now I get a WOW almost every day

it's nice

Ditto. I'm happy at my weight and would be fine if I weight this much at the wedding, but if I could drop 10 lb I would be at my DREAM weight

I'm definitely trying to lose a significant amount of weight before my wedding, and the reason being that I simply do not feel comfortable with the way I look, and I do want to have children right after I get married, and therefore, this is my only chance to lose the weight, look and feel good, and be physically prepared for my child bearing years. My goal currently is to drop 15lbs by Nov. 12 and then I'll take on another 20lbs goal until my wedding in September.

ETA: Although FH thinks I am the sexiest thing alive

I still think I could look sexier if I lost my unwanted weight.

I don't want to lose weight, but I want to tone up. I'm most likely going to wear a strapless dress and I do not want loose arms - I want definition.

how are you all losing the weight

i lost 5 lbs on WW.
I am at my ideal weight right now..my dream weight is 5 lbs more off but i am happy right now

so i am mostly maintaining my weight and now i am toning up

I made up a pretty easy to follow diet

I don't believe in restrictive diets and I have yo yoed for YEARS

FM me if you want my plan- I have shared it with quite a few people and they seem to be happy

I sometimes feel like the unioffical LIW diet guru

Yes definitely!!! I want to look my best on my wedding day... To me that means loosing the excess pounds. Its a personal thing though. I feel better about myself when I loose weight/

i just about fit in my dress when i tried it on. i'd like to lose my, er, fat around the middle so that i don't have to worry about just about being able to squeeze into it. plus, i would like to get myself back to the toned-lil' self i was when i was 25

I will try to tone up. typically I gain weight, but get smaller due to increase in muscle mass. I do not care what the scale says as long as I look like a sexy momma in my wedding dress!
