Good idea for bok pres

I just wanted to make a post for bok pres.
My brother and sis-in-law had their bok's/flowers turned into wreaths (1 larger one for them and 2 smaller ones for parents). they came out beautifully...i will get pics asap...i have just had a few brides interested in the info so i wanted to make a post on here letting everyone know about it!

The BoK preservation (wreath) was done at Lees Golden Lady Jewelry. BETH1210 just let me know she also does shadow boxes!!!

UPDATE: Tell her you are from LIW....i dont know if that will get you a better price..but she was interested to know!

She could not give me an exact price because I don't really have info as to how many roses are in my bouquet and also I was not sure what I wanted her to do until I see some examples. $75 and up, but it sounds like most arrangements are just $75. She does not press the flowers, she dries them. She can make a wreath or a shadow box. She was very nice and she even does silk flower arrangements for weddings!!!

I think I will go for it!!!!

I went there a few weeks ago to see her work. it was very nice, but it won't work with my bo-k.

she takes the flowers in the bo-k apart and places them in the shadow box. don't get me wrong, it's nice because you can give her pictures from the wedding, your invitation etc. to put in the background. but my bo-k will be hand wired so there won't be any stems.

oh, I have no idea whether mine will be hand wired. My florist does everything very unique, so I am not sure. It is going to be in a holder (with a handle).

Well, anyway, I also want a CP preserved and I know that can be done.

I went to see her today. Thanks for the tip. She showed me some very nice displays and I definitely want one from her--possibly 2 (centerpiece and Bo-K).
