Where are you going?
What areas are we safe from hurricanes?

We are thinking of the Carribbean, DR, Aruba, if all else fails try the ABC Islands, Aruba, Bora Bora, Curaco, safe from hurriances and it rarely rains there.

I am at the very end of October so I may miss hurrican season but I think you will be fine.
What places are you thinking of?

We really want to go to Tahiti, but just want to look into other options as well.

I was thinking Belize, but then read online that they are vulnerable to HORRENDOUS, DEVASTATING hurricanes from April to November.

I'm not an oct bride, but my friend got married last oct and they went to Cabo! They loved it and said the weather was perfect... they stayed at the hilton i think.

Other safe (tropical) areas for oct are:

Aruba
Hawaii
South Pacific

I'm technically a Sept bride, but will honeymoon in October.
I'm going to Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora.

We went to St Lucia and had no problems. It barely rained and the one time that it did, it was for 10 minutes (of that) and the sun was out the whole time

We went to Tahiti/Bora Bora (French Polynesia). Hawaii is also safe from the hurricanes during that time.

We went to Hawaii (Maui & Kauai). The weather was gorgeous. (Maui had better weather though.)
