Sans Souci wedding ceremonies

Hi all,

I've been a lurker on the site for a while, but just recently started seriously looking into planning my wedding. My question is this - has anyone had or been to a Sans Souci wedding ceremony that ended up having to be inside because of crappy weather? I loved the place, but worry that my May 28, 2006 date will end up being rainy causing the ceremony & ch to be indoors.

Just wondering...

I checked the place out and I belive she said that the ceremony would be on the dance floor if it rained.

Re: Sans Souci wedding ceremonies

we were just married there November 11, 2005 - the main dining room is set up as a chapel while the dance floor is used as a 'hospitality' area as your guests are arriving - there punch / light snacks are served until the ceremony is ready to go.

the place was done beautifully. after the ceremony, the guests are escorted to cocktail hour (back on the dance floor) and the chapel area is re-set as the main dining room.

It worked out extremely well and the whole staff are a well oiled team - they work quickly and quietly and you would never know they were in there.

I HIGHLY recommend the Sans Souci!!

Re: Sans Souci wedding ceremonies

Thank you so much for answering. I actually decided to go with Fox Hollow after all - plus it ended up being much cheaper and more conveniently located. So glad you had a great wedding though! Congratulations!!!
