Honeymoon review - Big Island, Hawaii (Hapuna Beach Prince Resort)

I realize I posted these pictures on the '05 board but maybe you girls planning your honeymoons will find this helpful...
I just wanted to share our experience on Big Island, because many times the island gets overlooked by people... it is really beautiful, it has so many things to offer... Big Island has it all: valleys, black sand beaches, green sand beach, waterfalls, volcanoes, parks... we fell in love with the island and its people...
we stayed at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, we loved it... we have travelled to Caribbean a few times but the beach at the Hapuna was the most beautiful beach we have ever seen... the water (especially in the mornings) is crystal clear and the ocean is so calm most of the time... the hotel was full when we were there and yet we never felt crowded... we didnt have to rush in the morning to find a spot at the pool or on the beach... and the weather was just amazing, constant sunshine...
Ocean Terrace offers delicious breafast buffet, Beach Bar has great lunches and Coast Grille has awesome dinners (have to try mahi mahi or lobster!!!!)... they make some wonderful drinks as well, try Lava Flow and Chi Chi!!!! you can also use facilities of their sister property Mauna Kea...
anyways, there are so many great things I can say about our stay on Big Island but I will let the pictures do the job...
