Re: How many programs would I need for 150 people?
I had 180 people coming to my reception and i made 100 programs. The way I rationalized it was 1) all 180 were not coming to the church and 2) not every single person gets a program.I actually planned on making one for each person - but when time was cutting close - i started my rationalizing.
ETA: Just to let you know - i had leftover programs

Re: How many programs would I need for 150 people?
It depends what day of the week is your wedding. I am having a friday wedding at 3:30 and I am inviting 302 people I don't belive that everyone will come. I do know that there will be a lot of people at the church though b/c my FH works at a local pharmacy & all his customers want to come. I was thinking of making 120 but I think I might make 150.

We are having 200 people and about 120 programs. Not everyone will take one, couples will share, etc..

Re: How many programs would I need for 150 people?
We're getting married at the hall so everybody who's coming to the reception will be at the ceremony. We made 1 for each person, but you can definitely do 1 per couple. It depends on what you prefer.

I made 100 and we only had 125 coming to the reception but I knew a few people were just coming to the church. All of the programs went at the church.

I am having 150 and made 100 programs for a Friday afternoon wedding. I made a mess of a few when punching the holes for the ribbon, so I'm down to about 94

I think so. I made 200 before I knew our final count which I thought it would be at, we have SOOOO many left over. I think 100 would be perfect for 150!

Re: How many programs would I need for 150 people?
I was going to say on the lower end of 75. One per couple. Plus factor in that not everyone is going to take one and most importantly most people leave them behind anyway.

I invited about 250 to my wedding and I ordered 100 programs and I had about 25 programs left over.

Re: How many programs would I need for 150 people?
I am planning on making enough for everyone that RSVP'd. I know that my family is very religious and everyone will come to the church. I also know that my Mom is inviting a bunch of people that I have know for yeard to the church. So I want to make sure that we have plenty. If 200 RSVP, we'll have 200 programs and the extra will cover the church only people.Welcome New Vendors
