Repost from BHB- Need Advice Re: Getting Ready Pics

Our photographer is not going to be there when I get ready. I was willing to give up the getting ready shots in order to squeeze in pictures at the arboretum. The photographer said we can do some getting ready shots (faking it) at the bridal suite at the reception site later on. I still want to capture the actual getting ready moments. I have color and black and white film. Besides getting pics of the dress hanging, my shoes, the bouquet, and me getting my make-up and hair done, what other pics can I take? I would greatly appreciate any adivce you can offer. Thanks.

how about looking at some photogs websites to see photos and you could maybe get some ideas from them..
