Bridal Party Hair/Makeup

I am about to book someone to come to the Hotel to do my hair the day of the wedding.

How does it work with the bridesmaids?

Do I assume they are getting their hair done? Do I pay for their hair/makeup? Do I leave it up to them?

ask them if they want to get it done, price etc... and let them decide

Im going to a place to get my hair done and makeup...

I just emailed all my BM's and asked them if anyone wants to get it done there also. I gave them the price of each and told them to let me know so I can make the appointments with mine....

I might throw a small GC with there BM gift for the people who are going to get there hair and make up done.. not sure yet depends on how much the BM gifts cost me...

i am going to pay for hair for my bm's and for makeup i am sure they will do themselves. we are going to get ready at my sisters house and i will have a hair person come for all of us and a makeup person for me. paying for their hair will be part of their gift, i will also get them swarovski earrings and something else (something not for the day of, like a coach wristlet). its not necessary or expectd that you pay for their hair or makeup, its just a nice gesture to do so imo. ~lacey
