The Riverview or Snapper Inn, both in Oakdale are very nice.

There is a nice Polish American Hall in Pt Jeff Station that is inexpensive to rent and I think they include beer and soda. No catering.

Also Giorgios has a great Sunday brunch which one of our friends used for her E-party. Good food, great atmosphere and a good price too!

We had our RD at Paula Jean's Supper Club. The food was amazing, but it was a little hot upstairs. There is a choice of two menus ($34.95 and $39.95). If you go with the upstairs, see if they can set-up with all the tables separated. I had a hard time getting to spend time with all my wedding party w/the set-up (2 long tables). Portions were great and live music around 8 pm . . .

I'm having mine at Knights of Columbus in Bay Shore. It's about $25pp. full bar
I was going to have it at Irish Coffee Pub (Which is like $45pp) But I have too many people. It would be like 8000.00.

We had ours at the Swan Lake Country Club in Manorville. They did a really good job.

I know someone who did a bridal shower at the Red Dish in Commack. They rent the place out on Sundays, and the food is amazing. I love that place, but I'm not sure of the price per person.

We had my sister's shower at blackwell's. It was GREAT. We live in queens and went out to wading river for the shower, that's how much we loved the place!

we rented a hall form the town of islip, we are in the bohemia one. there are ones in holbrook, ronkonkoma, brentwood. Its 350 dollars to rent and we are cooking and bringing in a bartender.
