RP BHB: JIM HJELM BM DRESSES

So, I just found out that my church is pretty 'strict' with the whole showing of the shoulders situation, and would like the women to cover their shoulders.

When in Rome...do as the Roman's do.

Here's the Jim Hjelm BM Dress we ordered, I was thinking 'shawls' or maybe a really simple 'balero'

Does anyone know if Jim Hjelm has any of this or at least would send me the fabric that I can take to a dress maker?

If, they do have fabric they can send me, does anyone know how much it costs?

Christine, that looks like silk charmeuse, which is a fabric VERY easily found. your dressmaker should be able to order it...the only thing may be a slight variation in color, which you can avoid altogether if you get a contrasting color, like the deep purple you were going to incorporate. that would look fabulous.
