i have tried everything and wasted lots of $$$ lol but in the end the thing that worked for me was atkins---but good luck!!!!

Nah, I try not to go for that gimmicky stuff. The only thing that works for me is good old fashioned diet and exercise!

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is diet and exercise. It is about making a commitment and changing your lifestyle no gimmicky substance can do that for you.
